Een liefdesverhaal komt tot leven..
Op de oude locatie PostNL aan de C.F. Smeetslaan in Castricum heeft Scholtens Bouw twee prachtige appartementencomplexen gerealiseerd genaamd; Romeo en Julia. Romeo bestaat uit zes verdiepingen en de 31 koopappartementen zijn inmiddels al voorzien van gelukkige eigenaren. Het complex Julia bestaat uit 20 appartementen, waarvan we nog 1 penthouse appartement beschikbaar hebben.

De gemeente Castricum is gelegen in Noord-Holland en bestaat uit de vijf kernen Akersloot, Bakkum, Castricum, Limmen en de Woude. De gemeente Castricum is in de loop van de 20e eeuw sterk gegroeid. Bijzonderheden:
- De huurprijs is exclusief water en elektra middels eigen meters;
- Huurder sluit eigen elektra en watercontract af;
- Huurder dient een contract aan te gaan met een warmteleverancier Econic inzake de warmtepomp (service, monitoring en vastrecht);
- De huurprijs is exclusief servicekosten en de kosten voor de parkeerplaats;
- Huisdieren zijn toegestaan mits ze geen overlast veroorzaken aan derden. Wanneer er schade wordt veroorzaakt aan het gehuurde, dan zijn deze kosten te allen tijde voor rekening van de huurder;

- Voorbehoud gunning & goedkeuring verhuurder a.d.h.v. volledige inschrijving;

All homes are fully insulated according to the latest building standards and have underfloor heating throughout. The apartments do not have a gas connection, and cooking is done electrically.
Location:
The municipality of Castricum is located in North Holland and consists of the five cores: Akersloot, Bakkum, Castricum, Limmen, and De Woude. The municipality of Castricum has grown significantly over the course of the 20th century. Despite this rapid growth, all cores have a strong sense of community; residents feel connected to each other and to the church.
